Matt Hagaman, Managing Partner
Matt Hagaman founded Redhill Search, LLC in 2005, and he currently serves as Managing Partner. He is actively involved in recruiting and the business development efforts of the company. Matt has 16 years of professional experience working in Human Resource Consulting and Sales. This experience has allowed him to successfully help companies identify and acquire top sales talent.
Prior to forming Redhill Search, Matt spent over 5 years at Aon Consulting (Aon Hewett) where he was responsible for the marketing and design of Executive Benefit plans for companies nationally. In 2001, Matt transitioned his career to UBS Financial Services where he was instrumental in developing a team of Financial Advisors focused on the sale and marketing of employee benefit (qualified & non-qualified) plans to companies of all sizes and industries.
Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Matt, wife Kelli, and son Andrew currently reside in Smyrna, GA. In his free time he enjoys traveling with his family, coaching little league sports, and attending sporting events.
Shawn Mullis, Director of Recruiting & Consulting
Bringing over 10 years of experience in sales and recruiting with leading technology companies, Shawn is the Director of Recruiting and Consulting for Redhill Search. In his current role Shawn focuses on leading Redhill’s strategic initiatives in recruiting and consultative services as well as placing top-level talent with client companies on a national level.
Prior to taking on this role Shawn spent over 8 years working his way up through the ranks within sales and sales recruiting for Atlanta based Cbeyond. In his most recent role as Regional Recruiting Manger for Cbeyond he successfully lead a team of recruiting managers in multiple markets for Cbeyond’s east coast sales division and was also a top sales performer for Cbeyond in his early years with the company. Shawn is DDI certified in behavioral interviewing and has trained and coached countless Sales Managers and VPs on interviewing techniques and hiring practices.
Shawn is a native of middle Georgia and a graduate of Georgia College & State University with a degree in Business Administration. Shawn enjoys traveling and is an avid golfer and devoted husband to his wife Jennifer.
Monica Blanco, National Sales Recruiter
Monica joined Redhill Search in 2012. In her role as National Sales Recruiter, she works to place the best inside and outside sales candidates with clients nationwide.
Prior to joining Redhill Search, Monica worked at n3, an Atlanta-based sales and marketing execution firm. There she was a top-performer on the inside sales team and was quickly promoted to the outside sales team. In addition to her well-rounded sales knowledge, Monica also brings several years of experience in corporate marketing and public relations.
Monica holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Auburn University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and coaching/training CrossFit. Monica, husband Andy, and Reina (their Lab) live in Smyrna, GA.
